Aho Places 2nd in 2018 Debut at Eagle River; Truscott Wins at Spring Lake

Jesse kicked off his 2018 racing season on Friday night at the Eagle River Speedway in Eagle River, Wisconsin with a solid second place finish at night's end. Jesse won his heat from the outside of the front row and then started third in the feature and came away with a solid runner up finish for his efforts.

Michael continued his winning ways over the weekend by picking up a NASCAR Midwest Modified victory on Friday night at the Spring Lake Speedway in Unity, Wisconsin during the track's season opener. Michael ran 2nd in his heat race and then charged from 5th to 1st in the feature, winning with ease. In the Modified, he won his heat from the pole and then came home with a solid third place finish in the night's main event. Saturday, the team brought the Midwest Modified to the Rice Lake Speedway in Rice Lake, WI and after a 4th place finish in the heat race, Michael charged from 16th to 5th in the feature. Sunday night, Michael competed in the Modified division at the Eagle Valley Speedway in Jim Falls, WI and ran third in his heat race and then came home with a fourth place finish in the feature. The team will now turn it's focus on the $10,000 to win Minnesota Modified Nationals this coming weekend at the Ogilvie Raceway in Ogilvie, MN.
